These Terms of Sale (the "Terms") apply to every purchase made on yuamicare.com (the "Site"). The Site and the Yuami brand are operated by SAIKI LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA (EIN 37-2182998), 1021 E Lincolnway, #8245, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA ("Yuamicare", "we", "us").
By placing an order, you ("you", the "Customer") accept these Terms in full. The version that applies is the one published on the Site on the day of your order.
We sell Yuami persimmon soap bars and related accessories (the "Products"). We describe and photograph our Products as accurately as we can. Because our soap is made in small batches from natural ingredients, slight differences in color, shade or engraving can occur from one bar to another.
Yuami is a cosmetic soap for external use only. It is not a drug and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Results vary from person to person.
Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. You can change or cancel it free of charge as long as it hasn't shipped (see our Return & Refund Policy). We may refuse or cancel an order in case of a payment problem, suspected fraud, unusual quantities, an open dispute or a pricing error. In that case, you are fully refunded.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless your local currency is displayed. They include customs duties and import fees for the countries we ship to. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order and is processed securely by Shopify Payments, PayPal, Shop Pay or another approved provider. We never store your full card details.
Bundle prices, free gifts and other promotions are valid while supplies last and may change at any time. A free gift may be replaced by an item of equal or greater value if it is out of stock. Promo codes cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be combined unless stated, and expire on the date shown.
Shipping areas, rates and delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Your first order is covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee: if you're not satisfied, we refund the price of the soap bars without asking you to send anything back. The full conditions (one guarantee per customer, shipping fees not refunded, damaged or lost packages) are described in our Return & Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.
Some of our advertisements tell stories with actors or AI-generated characters and scenes. These are dramatizations, not real customers, and are clearly fictional. Individual experiences with our Products vary.
We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse of a Product, failure to follow these Terms or the usage instructions, or events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, carrier or customs delays, outages of third-party services). Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow such a limit. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
All content on the Site (texts, photos, videos, logos, the Yuami name and brand identity) belongs to SAIKI LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or use it without our written permission.
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If you live in the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia or New Zealand, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country.
